DE C.V. (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Terms). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing an order, or using any features of our official website INTERIORES ARTE (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause outlined in these Terms, alongside our published Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy. All these documents are incorporated into and form an integral part of this service agreement.

Our brand was born from a love for the little details that make Mexican homes feel alive, as a small home decor store founded in Ciudad de México by a team of passionate home lovers. We curate every piece from delicate shelf accents to cozy tabletop touches, with the warmth, color, and everyday practicality that fit local and global lifestyles perfectly. Over more than 5 years of operation, we have partnered with skilled local artisans and trusted suppliers across the region, curating over 210 unique home decor products, serving over 120,000 happy customers, and maintaining a 97.3% customer satisfaction rating. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services, place orders on our platform, or use any functions provided by our website.

1. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To register an account and place orders on our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority in your country or region of residence. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our Services under the full supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, who will take full legal responsibility for all your platform activities.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding purchase contracts under applicable laws that apply to your residence location.
You are prohibited from using our Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes. If you create an account or use our Services on behalf of another individual or legal entity, you confirm that you hold full legal authorization to bind that entity to these Terms, and you agree to take full personal responsibility for all activities conducted under your access.

3. User Account Obligations

When you register for an account on our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, complete, and verifiable personal information as requested during the registration process, and promptly update your account details whenever any of your information changes, to keep your profile accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Take full and complete responsibility for safeguarding the security of your account password, and all activities that occur under your registered account. You must immediately notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account, or any other security breach related to your platform profile. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials properly.
You may not share your account access credentials with any third party, transfer your account to any other person, or use another user’s account on our platform without that user’s explicit prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that shows signs of abnormal shared access activities.
You are prohibited from using automated programs, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other non-human access tools to access, scrape, or stress test our website, in a way that may damage our server performance, disrupt normal platform operation, or improperly extract our data and product content.

4. Order Placement and Contract Formation

When you submit an order through our checkout process on our website:

All order submissions you send are treated as a formal purchase offer to us for the selected products listed in your cart. We do not consider the contract between you and us to be fully formed until we have completed your payment verification, confirmed your order acceptance, and sent you a formal order confirmation email to your registered contact email address.
We reserve the right to refuse to process and cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to: the listed product price on our website is marked with an obvious typographical error that makes the price unreasonably lower than the normal market value; the product you ordered is confirmed to be out of stock after our inventory check; our fraud prevention system marks your order as a high-risk fraudulent transaction; you have previously violated our Terms of Service, or we are unable to complete the delivery to the address you provided. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund of the paid amount back to your original payment method as soon as possible.
All product quantities displayed on our website are subject to real-time inventory fluctuations. In rare cases where multiple users purchase the same limited stock item at almost the same time, we cannot guarantee that all orders of that item can be successfully fulfilled. If a product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeline, our team will contact you within 3 working days to discuss your options of waiting for restock, exchanging to another similar product of equal or higher value, or getting a full refund for that item.
We strictly follow our official published Refund and Returns Policy, and explicitly do not support any “refund only” request where customers keep the purchased product while asking for monetary compensation, unless under the extremely limited safety-related scenarios explicitly defined in our after-sales rules.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

All product prices displayed on our website are clearly marked beside each product listing:

For customers shopping from Mexico, product prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos by default. For international customers, prices can be viewed in multiple common currencies for reference only, and the final charged amount on your payment statement will be calculated based on the currency selected by your payment method and the real-time exchange rate at the time of payment processing.
All listed product prices do not include applicable shipping fees, and for international orders, do not include any possible import duties, customs clearance fees, or local value-added taxes that may be charged by your destination country’s competent authorities. All these additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, as detailed in our published Shipping Policy.
We use secure, PCI DSS compliant third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions on our platform. We do not permanently store your full credit card, bank account, or sensitive payment information on our internal servers, to protect your financial data security.
If an obvious, obvious clerical or typographical error appears on our product listing page that results in an unreasonably incorrect displayed price (for example, a product that should be priced at 250 Mexican Pesos is incorrectly listed as 2.50 Mexican Pesos due to a decimal point error), we reserve the right to correct that error at any time, even after you have submitted your order. If we process an order under such an incorrect marked price, we will contact you to notify you of the pricing error, and give you the option to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full no-penalty refund.

6. User Prohibited Activities

When you use our Services, you explicitly agree that you will NOT:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, court orders, or administrative decrees that apply to your location or your use of our platform.
Infringe upon the legal rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights, of our company, our other customers, our staff, or any third party individual or entity.
Upload, post, transmit, or distribute any malicious software, harmful code, virus, trojan program, or any other materials that may damage, disrupt, or compromise the security of our website, server, or related information technology systems.
Carry out any fraudulent activities, including creating fake accounts, submitting false order information, making false claims for refunds, engaging in unauthorized arbitrage of promotional activities, or any other actions that disrupt the normal operation of our platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the normal working operation of our Services, our website server, or any network that connects to our platform.
Collect, harvest, or gather the personal information of other platform users without their explicit written consent, for any unauthorized commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any part of our Services for any commercial profit purpose without our explicit prior written approval.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when sending inquiries or submitting requests to our customer support team.

If we confirm that you have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, we have the right to immediately suspend your account access, terminate all your ongoing orders, and reserve the right to pursue legal compensation for all losses and damages caused by your violation actions.

Our website may contain hyperlinks that direct you to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment service providers, courier partner sites, or other external resources that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over the content, privacy policies, operating rules, and service practices of any of these third-party websites. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or any related issues of any external third-party sites you access through links on our platform. You acknowledge and agree that your access to any third-party websites is at your own sole risk, and you shall be responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service and privacy policies of those respective third-party platforms. The inclusion of any external link on our website does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with that third party, or any association with their operations.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

Our Services and all products sold on our platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind. We hereby disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

While we conduct strict quality checks for every product we curate and ship, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, and content on our website are 100% complete, accurate, or free of minor non-material discrepancies that do not affect the normal function of the home decor pieces. If the dispute cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree that the competent courts located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all related legal proceedings.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court of law, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and shall not be affected or impaired in any way. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it waive our right to enforce that clause at any subsequent time.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or communications related to your use of the Services.
